Internet Explorer Security Settings

If you are having problems with our Portal kicking you back to the login screen, please follow these instructions to change your security settings in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

First, open the internet options window.  Click on the Tools dropdown in the upper right corner of interent explorer.  Select Internet Options.

In the window that pops up, select the Security tab along the top of the box.  Click on the Trusted Sites option (the area below the white box should now say Trusted sites).

The default option is medium security, which prompts for confirmation prior to opening the Internet Explorer download box.  Change the slider bar to medium-low (down one notch). 

Note, this will only affect sites that you add to your trusted sites list.

Click the Apply button, then click on the Sites button.

In the new window type in our portal web address:https://portal.prosystemfx.com and click Add.  Click Close on the Trusted sites box then OK on the internet options window.
