Once you have been setup the system will send out a welcome email and a 2nd email with a temporary password.  The temporary passwords will expire, if yours is no longer working, use the forgot my password link on the login page to request a new temporary password.

If you have not already received a welcome email and would like access, Contact admin@eastsideaccountants.com and we will setup your account.

You will now have a single login to access portals for both your business(es) and personal.  If applicable, you can create sub users to give staff access to only a specific business portal.  Contact us if you would like assistance setting up this feature.

Notifications from the new portal system will come from admin@eastsideaccounts.com, please add this email to your approved email list to prevent notifications from getting flagged as spam. 

You will need to install Microsoft Silverlight to use the enhanced portal.  If you do not have Silverlight installed the above link should prompt you to an install page prior to going to the login page.  If it does not, you can go to www.silverlight.net to download directly from Microsoft.

If, when downloading a file from the portal you get kicked back to the login screen, go here to add our portal to your trusted sites list.
